single pc streaming

So i have a i7 8700k, 1660ti and 32gb of 3200mzh of ram. What is the best settings to use on streamlabs obs for streaming? i keep getting pixelated streams. my internet speed is about 50mbs download and 15-20 mbs upload 

Iv changed my encoder to NVEC (NEW) and changed the bit rate around from 1500 all the way to 6000 and still the same.

What resolution and framerate, try 720p60 at 6mb/s

 these are my setting for steaming. using 1920 by 1080

This is what happens.. Perfect when noting is moving but as soon and you move the mouse like this (as you would in a game) it lags

What is the system usge? this seems like a anerror more than a setting issue.

 

Try usign the cpu encoder.

Changed my settings to this and seem alright now
