Hey, so I need a laptop for June at the latest, but I don’t want to get caught up in shipping times and not get it in time. I’m really leaning toward the first option since it has new Ryzen, and it’s right in my budget of $1500. But I threw in some other options of like new intel 10750, etc. Opinions? if I can buy today while they’re in stock I’d love that. I’m also unfortunately limited to shipping. Lots of Canada computers are only pickup in store, where the options I’ve listed ship. And these deals seem to be the best I can find in Canada, and the only ones with Ryzen 4k

No description of what your needs are.  The issue is making a laptop is a balance between price, power, features, and build quality.   Without knowing what balance you need choosing is impossible on a hardware basis.  Shipping might be possible for Canadians on the site but Canada is a huge country.  I would assume shipping to rural yellow knife is going to be different than Toronto.

Not a pro, not even very good.  I’m just old and have time currently.  Assuming I know a lot about computers can be a mistake.

Life is like a bowl of chocolates: there are all these little crinkly paper cups everywhere.

My bad, I’m on my phone so I left some shit out. It’s going to be basically exclusively for gaming. I’m going out of the country for work and this will be for gaming/movies/web browsing while I’m gone, but the hardest workload will be gaming.

EDIT: I’m also located in New Brunswick
