You already own these parts? What is the budget for?

I take it your build looks something like this, but if you could be more specific on the parts, that would be great:

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

PSU tier list

How many watts do I need?

If you can find a Ryzen 1600 (12nm) for cheap then go with that in place of the 3600. Since you didn't mention frame rates I went with a moderate GPU and since it's an ITX case you're options become limited on GPU length.

To save a few bucks I might go with 1650 super, personally I don't see a reason to get more than it with next gen nvidia cards on the horizon.  I might go from 1650 super to the 3050 or whatever it ends up being called
