PC stutters after being on for a few hours

After the system has been running for a few hours everything will lockup for a few second then come back, after about 2 minutes this will happen again and continue until the system is restarted then it's good for a few hours. Any ideas?

 

I7 8700k

H150i pro

Gigabyte aorus 1080ti

Gigabyte aorus gaming 5

Corsair rm 850x

Windows 64 bit

Does task manager (or resmon) show a spike in any type of usage when your computer is stuttering?

It shows no spike in usage on anything
