Hey guys all my razer products did a flip on me, I made a video to make it easier to understand sorry if I sound pissed in the video I sent it to razer but no help from them so :( maybe one of you guys have had this happen before.

I would like to add that even though I cant see the devices in device manager I can see them under Bluetooth and devices but maybe it just stores old data there because it also has the xbox controller which is off

oh and btw in the video two of the devices appear under other devices now they dont appear anywhere not razer product is anywhere in device manager

You'll need to right-click -> Uninstall the entries for the devices under Other Device in Device Manager, which means you might need a temporary non-Razer mouse & keyboard. Be sure to select the "Remove/Delete Device Drivers" checkbox too. After that, uninstall Synapse, then visit Razer's site to reinstall.

If that doesn't work, you could try using the peripherals on another computer to rule out a software/hardware problem with your Windows install (software) or USB ports (hardware) on your motherboard. This will verify whether it's just your particular Windows install / machine, or the peripherals themselves.

If none of the above works, I'd be contacting Razer support since they're responsible for device drivers & software for their products.
