You mentioned your PC has been underperforming ever since you upgraded it. Have you reinstalled Windows since then?

What speed does your single stick of memory run at?

no I haven't reinstalled windows since the upgrade,

the stick is running at  2133 mhz because when I turn xmp on I get random restarts..

Then try reinstalling Windows.

Also make sure you're running the latest BIOS on the motherboard, it can often times improve memory compatiblity.

processor and mobo

from i7 6700 to i7 9700K and a h110m mobo

I assume you mean you had an H110 board before the upgrade.

In that case yes you should reinstall Windows.

if it is under 10%, make sure you are actually plugged into the GPU (not motherboard) and running off iGPU

I didnt had a h110m mobo I had another mobo. Now i upgraded to h110m

9700k won't work on an H110 without some major trickery. are you certain?

Are you sure it's not H310? 100 and 200 series boards aren't compatible with Coffee Lake unless you mod the BIOS, and even then you're likely to run into problems.

Also, why an unlocked 9700K with the most basic chipset (and barebones VRMs) you can get on a motherboard..?

h310 m h2.0

ma bad

if you can, i'd switch it out for a z390

but if you can't at least make sure your monitor is plugged into your gpu not motherboard.

yeaa im not that stupid hehe xD it is plugged in corectly

i wouldn't call it stupid. sometimes people make easy mistakes.

sub 10% usage to me was a possibility it wasn't even being utilized.

are you sure your utilization is correct?

are you viewing the resource monitor with the game active (not minimized)? if you tab out to switch to task manager, it will drop usage

install msi afterburner after you do what @Mateyyy suggested and see if your usage truly is bad during gmaing.

yea it is corectly im doing it with msi afterburner. but eventho it isnt doing it good, its still not running like it should because on low battlefield settings i dont even hit 60 fps, and before the upgrade I didnt had problems

battlefield 5 is a ram bandwidth hog

i can't be certain of this video, but it looks like a 50-60% decrease in performance going to single ch annel

so its really just my ram thats only single channel ? ( i have single channel now  ) so its all my ram u recon otherwise im going to fresh install windows, btw it was only doing it on gta and battlefield, im getting normal shit on csgo and rust loads going 100% ( didnt know ram would effect fps

its 12 or 15 % tho it doesnt get as low as 9% so it isnt my gpu but it is my ram ? being 1x 8ram ? ( single channel )
