You could run a 5500xt or a 590 with a 3600. Probably a 3400 too. I'd stick with the 3000 series. Also I have a friend with a rx 590 and my build with the Ryzen 5 3600 and a GTX 1660 super beats his by a decent amount of FPS. You don't have to but if you wanted to go with a 1660 super for about $15 more it might be worht it to you

I would say go with rx5600xt  and ryzen 3600 is the best choice acc to me

If u can't go 3600 then go with 3500

I would not go with rx590

If u want nvida card then go with 1660 super

I'm pretty sure 590 is slightly better then the 1660 super if not I just need to give a very slight overclock

https://gpu.userbenchmark.com/Compare/Nvidia-GTX-1660S-Super-vs-AMD-RX-590/4056vs4033

1660S is better compared to Rx590

Ya u may overclock rx590 to make it equal to 1660S but Rx590 will run way hot compared to 1660S and also u get gddr6 which is also gives some more fps.

1660S beats Rx5500xt

So 1660S is what I suggest
