3600x 2070 super vs 3800x 5700xt. What way would you go for gaming+streaming?

Hey, it is time for an upgrade.

this two configurations are basically the same price here in Brazil.

What do you think is worth more the money for gaming + streaming?

3600x 2070 super vs 3800x 5700xt?

I am more inclined to go with a better CPU, but nvenc for streaming seems appealing.

I can't do 3800x with 2070s. I am already over the budget.

If your going to be streaming then go with a 3700X and rx 5700xt.
