I have just recently installed my new graphics card (NVIDIA GTX 1660 Ti) and I am only getting about 30-40% usage across all my games. At most times I am able to run 60 FPS consistently, but every once and a while it begins to become inconsistent and my FPS drops and rises dramatically. The games even crashes after a while. The same goes for my CPU ( i7-7700). The 8 cores are all running at about 50-70%. However, while running Superposition Benchmark, the GPU usage works extreamly well at nearly 100% while the CPU is about the same.

Specs:

GPU- GTX 1660 Ti

CPU - i7 7700

RAM- Hyper X Fury DDR4 2666 2x4

HDD-  WD Blue 1 TB

MOBO-  AsRock H110M-HDS

Thanks to anyone who responds.

Use DDU to clear old drivers, install fresh

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Seems like you're capped at 60fps. Probably you had Vsync or frame limiter turn on.

I suggest watching on videos on Vsync and what it means to use it Disabled vs Enabled, and what to look out for (which you've come across now)

Maximums - Asus Z97-K /w i5 4690 Bclk @106.9Mhz * x39 = 4.17Ghz, 8GB of 2600Mhz DDR3,.. Gigabyte GTX970 G1-Gaming @ 1550Mhz
