Need advice about gpu

Go with a rx 5700xt red devil or similar. Do not go with the blower version. It should be about the same price but have boosted performance, equivalent to a 2070 super. 

I am NOT a professional and a lot of the time what I'm saying is based on limited knowledge and experience. I'm going to be incorrect at times.

rx 5700 XT is much better. its very close to rtx 2070 super

I Use my knowledge as business owner and self taught technician aswell as an AI to help people. AI might be controversial but it actually works pretty well 90% of the time.
