Just plug into the 8pin on the board. The extra 4 pin won't help you and is just more "hey look, marketing wank" thing some manufactures do.

the VRM is the second worst on x570. and its not really something to get if there are other options on the table. 

 

something like the Prime P or TUF would be better.
