i already have peripherals, and i dont trust 30 dollar copies of windows, id rather pay the full 120 dollars for it. although that rtx 2080 would be better than my 2070 super. I only trust evga or corsair power supplies, a 650 watt evga one is only like 20-40 dollars more so id rather go with an evga one.

Fine, then overpay 120 dollars. The MWE has been proven to be a very reliable psu, and 30 dollar windows licenses are commonplace to buy.

Without one, you just will have an unverified copy, which means you cant call them for support, change the background and you will have a faint watermark. Also, I've seen verified copies for 100, why the 120 because its not pro.

The 970 Evo drives are great but all of the high end pci-e 3.0 drives pretty much hit the limits of what pci-e 3.0 can even handle, dropping down to like a 5% slower drive that's still a high tier drive can free up enough money for a 2080 Ti or a decent, modern high capacity hard drive. Knocking out all of the RGB and going with like some a NZXT Hue or just a ebay strip lighting kit that will have much more even light than some RGB fans can save you a ton of money for better, higher performing parts as well. Not to mention this system should be significantly quieter although idle temps and peak temps might be slightly higher which really doesn't matter.

As far as the windows license, you don't actually need it. You just get an annoying watermark on your desktop. Most windows 7 keys activate windows 10 and working 10 Pro keys can be bought for $3-5 at most on ebay. If they deactivate, you just buy another which out of the tens of ones that I've bought has never happened. Spend that $100 on games for your new computer instead.

first of all, i dont want that watermark no matter how faint it is, id rather just pay the full 120 dollars, even if i could get a 30 dollar license. i can pay an extra 90 dollars.
