Looking for a gaming Desktop Build 2000 $ USD with taxes.

I plan to game/use the Desktop on a vizio 4k television until I finish building a proper desk, picking up a quality monitor unless the experience ruins me and I stick to the television. So something that can handle 4k, or slightly lower resolution would optimal. RGB is not needed. Either quiet fans, or a silent case would be lovely. I don't require any fancy window cut out, just Silence, airflow, and build quality. Plan to have it plugged in, so I don't have a need for wifi if it would take away from the funds for performance. I earn a paycheck from secondlife for around 100 USD a week on top of my real job, So that will be my main game to push. It is poorly optimized and a very cpu speed intensive game with large textures. Many top tier players recommend 6-8gb on their graphics cards and high speeds on their cpu. It is not a game that benefits from multiple cores. Other games I currently play include Black desert, Diablo 3, Terra, minecraft, borderlands 3, final fantasy, warhammer, conan exiles, dark souls, half life alyx. Ah and prefer the nvidia gpu's. 1tb super fast nvme boot/game drive (I assume with this I won't require any additional drive, as I don't plan on going beyond 600gb of usage ever if so I'll trim the fat) 16gb of speedy ram is more than enough for anything I do, I don't steam much. Of course I'd like to be able to play anything on ultra at around 60 fps or higher for future proofing. Esports is great, But other than working I just play around with friends and 3d art/sculpt.

I Use my knowledge as business owner and self taught technician aswell as an AI to help people. AI might be controversial but it actually works pretty well 90% of the time.
