Computer doesn't output video on some boot ups

Hi, my computer will occasionally boot up from shutdown or sleep and will not show any video. Most of the time turning it off and on again will fix it, but occasionally when that doesn't work I will re-seat the graphics card and it'll be fixed. Is there anything I can do?

Could be an issue with your video driver/s on the system, uninstall your video drivers using Display Driver Uninstaller and then reinstall with latest version from the manufacturer's website.

Also reset BIOS to factory safe values.
