Best thermal paste?

so i need to change the therma paste of my MacBook, what is the best thermal paste to apply once and forget about it?

i was about to buy MX-4 but now it is not available.

No its not. I use Thermaright TF8 which is rated for 13.8 W/m.k. Thermalright has a higher end paste called TFX with a rating of 14.3 W / m.k. They also have a line called Silver King, which is LM.
