So, I've had this pc for 4 months now. I'm a budget gamer, not an adult. I've build up a pc : AMD a 10 7860k and used the integrated graphics, I had 16gigs of ddr3 ram (don't know the frequency rn) and a 240g ssd with a corsair vs350 psu

Now, the cpu MB and ram is like 3 to 4 Yo and I've got them from a friend of mine. The cpu overheated often, so now I decided to buy a new cpu cooler. And I did. It arrived today and I quickly built it in. I had problems releasing the old fan from the cpu (thermal paste was way too old) and I ripped the cpu with fan right of the motherboard (no pins from the cpu got damaged.)

I got the cpu off. Cleaned it. Put it into the mb, put thermal paste on, installed the cooler, and put the cpu fan cable in. Now here comes the problem.

Now my pc won't really boot up, the fans are spinning cpu and case fan, the led of my mouse is on but the light at the bottom of the mouse not. Means, it won't react to any movements. No video signal, nothing.

Note: I could've broken something of the mb during process, but didn't find anything on the mb.

I switched the old fan back in and still the same issue.

The Psu is only 4 months old, I bought it with a case and a ssd.

Can anybody help?

It's the CPU that you should worry about, you'll need to inspect carefully for bent/broken pins.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

The statement that you made, "I ripped the cpu with fan right of the motherboard", is not a good sign.  To verify this could be the problem, is there any way that you can get your hands on a surplus cpu and try that?  I would put my ten bucks on the belief the cpu is toast.
