If I daily use my 3600x an average of 16 hours with the temperature ranging from 50c to 70c while pair with a stock cooler; is it okay? Or should I buy an aftermarket cooler?

I just want to know the moderate temp and will this kind of temp (50c to 70c) could shorten the lifespan of the CPU?

Yes it is okay. You don't need an aftermarker cooler if you don't plan on overclocking.

Max temp is 95C, usually I consider 85C to be max. So with 70C at load, I would say that is absolutely fine.

Get an aftermarket cooler if you want to your system to be quieter at the same temps.
