Yes? If its a z390 Motherboard it should be fine.  It's not to late. You can fix yoru mistakes. Return the CPU/MOBO Get a 3950x/3900x with a decent x570 mobo and all will be forgiven.

I am NOT a professional and a lot of the time what I'm saying is based on limited knowledge and experience. I'm going to be incorrect at times.
