Should i upgrade PCU and Motherboard ?

Current specs:

Cpu : Ryzen 7 2700x

GPU : GeForce GTX 1660 VENTUS XS 6G OC

PSU : Cooler Master 600W 230V with 80+ 

MotherBoard : MSI B450M PRO-VDH PLUS

im thinking to upgrade my GPU to RTX 2070 , and i dont know if my Power Supply could handle the electricity ,Because i got like 4 RGB Fan , 2 Normal Fan , around 90 RGB LED, and a fan controller and also im not sure if my Motherboard is compatible with RTX , What should i do Guys , help me
