It looks like your display resolution and/or app scaling somehow got messed up. Go into the search bar and open up "display settings". Under the scale and layout section, where it says "change the size of text, apps, and other items," change the setting back to 100% if that's not what it's at already. Also check under "display resolution" and make sure it's set to the recommended setting. For my monitor it's 1920 x 1080, but that may be different for a TV (I'm assuming you're using a TV or a very large monitor anyway. It looks very big in the photo.)
