Worth waiting for the B550?

I will soon buy my gaming rig (at the end of the "school", 8th June) which includes a B450 motherboard (for a 3600). I read about the B550 and it should came out oh 21st June but atm i don't need of pci-e gen4 but maybe in the future i will buy a pci-e gen4 ssd... and what the expected cost? An affordable B450 now costs around 100$ and i can't spend more than that..

We can't tell the future of product pricing, and who knows what costs will be because of the pandemic.

If you don't need PCI4, don't bother. By the time you'll want it you might as well be getting a new motherboard/CPU anyway, since AM4 will be long dead.
