Hey guys!

So my problem is that Windows 10 won't allow me to set HDR on my 4k TV in 60Hz when I connect 2 devices to my gpu's output.

I have a Samsung 4k HDR tv and a 1080p Samsung Freesync monitor(no hdr).
I had a gtx 1060 3gb graphics card and everything worked fine. 4k hdr in 60hz on my tv and also my monitor worked without any problem.

The problem started when I replaced my gpu to a Amd RX580 4gb card. This card won't allow me to use my hdr tv and my monitor at the same time. I mean it does but only if my tv is in SDR mode.
HDR only works if it is set to 30hz mode or if I unplug my monitor. Then I have 4k 60hz hdr in my tv.

And this is only in Windows 10.

I also have Mac os Catalina(Hackintosh) in this PC in a seperate drive and there is everything fine. 4k HDR in 60hz on my Tv and my monitor is working fine also.

So as you can see I only have problem in Windows 10. Is there any fix for this? Why did my Nvidia card work? Is this some AMD driver issue?

What I tried so far: Swapping/changing hdmi cables, using dp apadters, reinstalling drivers/windows. Changing modes in radeon settings for my tv(RGB,YCbCr).
