My friend had a Palit 1060 3GB and he said the cooler was loud. Which to be honest is what I expect since I don't consider them top tier like Asus, Gigabyte, EVGA etc. They're slightly cheaper than the other brands so you'll have to consider if the cost of the others warrants the noise difference I guess.

im not familiar with palit but from my understanding palit is more of a lower end brand so i dont recommend going with them because 420 pounds is very little for a 2070

either way i honestly dont recommend palit they arnt known for making the greatest stuff so i recommend something like a gigabyte windforce  for a cheap 2070 or a non reference fancy card like a ftw edition one or a rog stix card
