Hi!

Ik built a pc last year with the following hardware:

- Asrock b450m pro-4 f

- Ryzen 5 2600

- XFX RX 580 OC Edition

- 2x8gb 3000mhz Crucial Ballistix RAM

- Intel 660p 1tb m2 SSD

- 550watt psu

Normally my pc starts up within 20 seconds, but with my headset inserted - I also got a new one, Both the Logitech g432 - it starts up in OR 2 minutes with a black loading screen OR I got a black screen for about 20 seconds.

My other USB devices are a keyboard, mouse, Xbox one controller charger and a bluetooth USB. I updated my bios to version 1.50, deleted and reinstalled the Logitech g hub, what helped for a day, but now I don't know what to do, because i don't want to insert my USB headset every time.

I hope you can help me,

Bram Hesselink, The Netherlands

How many startup programs do you have any screenshot of the black screen

Reminder⚠️

I'm just speaking from experience so what I say may not work 100%

Please try searching up the answer before you post here but I am always glad to help

I don't asked how fast Windows boot. I'm asked how fast your headphones needs to be detected after you plug them after boot. Since you reinstalled system and now have problem with drivers, solve that first. And check what I was talking about. It may be that your headphones software and drivers needs long time to initialize anyway.
