internal gpu not working

I have an Acer Aspire V 15 nitro with a gtx 960m and an i7 and somehow im getting 50 to 30 fps in csgo, it says says that the 960 is enabled but when playing games it won't use the gpu. Any solution, i tried putting the option to enbale de gpu in the nvidia control panel and installing new drivers, but still getting the same results. any help?
