This makes no sense : i have 8 GB of ram which is 8192 MB . i start the windows, run some programs and put some of that memory in usage . i open task manager and see 54% memory usage , thats like 4423 MB ( which is pretty high ) . but Weird thing begins when u go to the Users tap and see im using 1660 MB . so WTF ?   72477718_ramusage.PNG.a0f3b64546cf4f5b191b445028cf2cca.PNG

4423 MB = 54% OF 8192 MB ≠ 1660 MB

This is normal. There are many things not reported in task manager so you can't see everything that is taking up the memory. Resource Monitor should show more detail but I don't think it includes cached items for windows and programs. Roughly 4.4gb of usage is actually pretty good with programs running.
