Only one RAM stick works

So I built just new pc, installed drivers and everything but its shows me only 8 Gb RAM instead of 16. 

Motherboard Fatal1ty b450 gaming k4 

Ram patriot viper steel 2x8 3600 MHz they're in A2 B2 slots and A2 works only. Any idea? Should I try to put B2 in A1 or something?

Either the board dropped a memory channel or the Cpu dropped a memory channel. 

Know anyone that you can borrow their processor real quick?
