build suggestion required please

hello!

 

as a 16 year old casual gamer who's into the latest story driven game titles, could anybody please recommend a pc build under 450$ which contains an RX580 8GB graphic card, excluding the monitor, keyboard, mouse and cabinet?

 

I shall be using the above peripherals from my previous pre built pc.

Switch my build’s 580 with an 8gb 570 and it would be a lot closer to budget

I think I could still afford the 580 in this build because I don't require a cabinet or a hdd. maybe switch the processor for a ryzen 5 1600 with a b450 motherboard and add the 580? I think the price listed for the Ryzen 5 1600 is excess on pcpartpicker, coz I'm getting it a lot cheaper where I live.
