Is My Gpu Bottle necking My System?

LimJahey

hey everybody. first post here in relation to my gpu issues. my current pc setup is a asus a320i-k with a ryzen 7 1800x, trident z g-skill 3000 (16gb) and a gigabyte 1060 3gb. when playing games i usually end up at 99 percent gpu usage and only 25-30% cpu usage. i often drop below 60 fps which become very annoying and is effecting my performance in games. is my gpu being bottlenecked in this situation? not sure how to fix my problem. seems like i will have to get a more powerful card if it is found to be bottlenecking my cpu. any help is appreciated!

included a pic of my system becasue why not

if youre comfortable with waiting for a bit, nvidia is rumoured to be releasing new gpus in the near future, if not an rtx 2070 or an rx 5700xt if you dont care about nvidia's features
