Which one to buy for long run ? 

I saw YouTube videos and both have same benchmark IMO, I usually play games on medium settings, 1080p. 

Here in my country 1650s is $20 higher than 5500 xt ( both gigabyte windforce )

5500Xt I want to get one myself to see what I can improve on the 7nm platform.

after modding my hardware I dont have anymore driver issues. most of the issues you see from both sides are from heat problems and sync issues.

you should just know that the rx 5500xt runs at pcie x8 instead of x16.  I can be a problem when the card run out of vram.
