Graphics Card bottlenecking??????

Hello all, I have been playing minecraft, league of legends, gta v, and MW3 and have been struggling to find why my frames per second have been a consistent 60fps. I have a GEFORCE rtx 2060 super running with an AMD Ryzen 2700x with the Corsair H110i Pro water cooling with dual fans. I have the Corsair Vengence lpx 16gbs. I am playing on the MSI Optix G27C2 as my second monitor and the LG 29" Ultrawide gaming monitor (29WK5OS). I have the MSI B450 Tomahawk as the motherboard as well. if wandering the power supply I have the EVGA 750 G+ supernova.

Did you set a frame cap on all your games? Sometimes games will automatically have a frame cap when first playing

Everything is running from 38-42 degrees Celsius. that is including all 8 cores of the CPU and the gpu temps

No, I have my games with unlimited frames

I ran into an issue like this before, I had to reinstall Windows and it worked perfectly for me afterwards. Try reinstalling your drivers first if you hadn't already

i am using the msi afterburner application to test the temps, and to clarify i am in all the games at the moment to see if i have a framecap on and i do not have a cap on them

I don't currently have the usb that Windows 10 came on with me. Is there a way I can do this without the usb drive?

Download the Windows 10 tool onto a USB and you can re-install Windows like such

how do i check and see the driver that i currently use so that i do not delete everything off my computer
