i recently upgraded my gpu from a evga 1660 ti XC to a RTX 2070 super FE and for the first day it was running fine with no noticeable bottle neck and unusual frame drop, the next day i opened my usual games fortnite STW, BO4, then when i went to minecraft the fps wouldn't go over 70 fps then when i went to my other games again the same frame drop and stutter was present, i have no idea why my computer is suddenly not as fast as it was the night before and wandering if it could potentially be a bottleneck that delayed for some reason.

heres my pc specs-

Ryzen 5 2600 overclocked to 3.9 ghz

RTX 2070 super FE no oc

asus rog b450-f gaming motherboard

16 gigs of 3000 speed ram (2x 8 gigabyte) corsair vengence

samsung 970 evo plus nvme ssd

Every system has a bottleneck, yes you have a weaker CPU but there isn't such thing as a delayed bottleneck.

Changing settings, changing screen resolution etc will have an effect on FPS.

Its all about the CPU feeding the GPU work and in this case it probably struggles a bit to keep it fed but probably not in a way that you would worry about.

I wonder if something else is amiss here.
