Well if you are into electronics you can make one yourself but in my opinion mister, every fan controller will do and it will do even better if it has four or three pin (depending on your fans) header .

I could consider making my own controller but I'm looking for one with software, thanks for the suggestion.

I mean it's 2020 so 4 pin. Also I don't think I have ever seen an 3 or 2 pin controller
