Aspect Ratio Help!

I don't know how to change my aspect ratio, my screen is zoomed into 16:9 on my 19'' tv that i am using. And when i go into my display setting and try to change the scaling there is only three options 'scale full screen', 'center image', Maintain aspect ratio'. also when i change the resolution it does nothing, any help would be much appreciated.

Its not just on google its the full aspect ratio.
Where can i find this 'Just Scan' button?

On my Samsung TV it is the option called "Screen Fit" under picture size if you press the "Tools" button

Cheers mate, tried that on a better tv and that worked, just need to buy a monitor i guess hahaha :)
