specs:

CPU: i9 9900k

GPU: Gtx 1080

ram: 16gb 3200mhs
motherboard: msi z390 thomahawk

i normly had like nerly 400 fps max in csgo and league of legends now i cant even hit 60 in max frames any more.... happend after reinstall windows but downloaded driver and all that over and winodows again but stil cant get that fps back what to do??

I got that part, what I mean is, what changed in your system (hardware or software) to cause the decrease?

Are you sure that you've installed all the latest drivers that you need? (including video drivers from Nvidia's own website)

We need more information.

 

Which OS? Which version of that OS? All the latest updates installed?

You mentioned all the drivers are installed, but did you restore the settings as well? Are you running the games with the same graphical fidelity as before?

How sure are you that the reinstall caused the problems? I assume you reinstalled for a reason, what was it?

How do CPU&GPU utilization look? What does RAM usage look like?
