Hello, I am having issues with my amd gpu for a long time.

I have a HP Pavilion Dm4 1113-TX. It has an ati mobility radeon hd 5470 1 gb. I've been trying to fix this gpu for a long time. The Laptop alo has igpu. When I install the gpu driver code 43 occurs. So the radeon setting cant be opened. Sometimes  code 43 doesn't show up but still the radeon settings says no amd gpu detected.

Also when I  try install the gpu driver with the igpu driver BSOD occurs with error code:Video TDR failed and in the bottom it says atikmpag.sys.

in gpu z the gpu doesnt shows any core, memory or memory size.

I have also tried oem drivers but no luck. i am attaching the dxdiag file also.

Plese give me a solution as soon as you can.

hardware fix likely needed, and it doesnt look like the video memory either (as you didnt mention artifacts, only drivers not going in) so the GPU is likely dead. The only way to fix it is to get a replacement GPU and solder it on (after removing the old one of course), that will cost more than the laptop's worth tho.
