B550 motherboard is coming out apparently in june. Is it worth waiting n building my pc then?

Or should just stick to buying a b450 or x570

Depends- If you want PCIE gen 4 and all that but a lower price tag you should wait for b550. It's a comprimise between b450/x470 and x570. If you don't, go ahead and buy.

(Also... Were you in the techsource Disco server talking a couple hours ago under this name? (BLCKMAMBA))

I am NOT a professional and a lot of the time what I'm saying is based on limited knowledge and experience. I'm going to be incorrect at times.

Buy a b450/x570, but wait for b550 to come out as that will drop the prices of the those b450/x570 boards.

If you are not in a rush then wait for B550. At least you can see what prices are like. Also depending on your budget, the MSI X570 Tomahawk wifi should be out by then, and is supposedly coming in at around $200.

Either would be fine.

All depends on what you need and what you expect from the board

So im very new to pcs. Idk the whole gist of it still. But just want a build capable for my family to use browsers n do assignments when needed. Whilst being able to provide a great gaming experience. (Cyberpunk, Valourant, Last of Us, GTA 5, Tomb raider, etc)
