Periodically relayed connection in Hamachi

Hello everybody,

I've been trying to create a direct tunnel to a friend of mine, so that we can play Minecraft together, but we seem to only get a blue dot to each other.(This only happens with him). Additionally, sometimes, for short amounts of time, we get a green dot to each other, allowing us to play together. We have already tried the common fixes but nothing seems to work, and the temporarily occuring green dot also doesn't explain what the problem could be. Does anyone know a fix for this?
