big storage problems

i used amd storemi to combine my 1tb hdd with my 500gb ssd but i got this windows error code: stop code 0xc000021a tried a lot of methods but nothing worked so i unplugged the drives and only my empty 1tb sdd was connected, now i installed windows again on that drive and now my question is did i do anything wrong and how can i get the data back that was on those drives? because i plugged them back in and they dont show up and i cant add them through disk manager

currently using easyUS data recovery and i can see my files etc from the drives just uncertain what i can take back and what not
