Hey,

so I removed 2 keycaps on my MX Keys, since there was some dirt stuck under it and the key wouldn't press down completely. But when I tried to put it back on, the lower part of the keycap stayed loose. I already contacted my seller and who won't replace the keyboard. Do any of you guys know how to repair them or where I can get replacements?

The Logitech MX Keys is a wireless keyboard thing. They are not talking about a Logitech keyboard with Cherry MX style switches.

After many hours and much Tequila I figured out the problem.  The tiny prongs that hold the white plastic bracket under the keys got bent when i was trying to snap the key cover back on.  It took about 50 dozen attempts, but I finally got it.  To snug or to loose and it will NOT work..  Good luck with the tweezers!!!

The same thing happened to me. I didn't even apply that much force. Can't believe that a 100 USD keyboard has so fragile key caps....
