pc gaming Controller issues

Hi guys, I'm Evans.

For some time (I don't remember exactly when it started) I'm having some isues with my secondary controller.

I'm using two PDP Xbox One USB controller on my PC, and I ave two problems:

- everytime that I boot my PC, the controller "number 1" is the "number 2" and viceversa.

- if in a game, for example, I set the controller vibration on OFF on both of them, if I reboot the PC one of them has the vibration on ON.

In simple terms, my PC saves only one config for one of my controller and the other lose the configuration.

 

These are my PC specs:

Windows 10 1909 (latest updates);

AMD Ryzen 5 3600;

MSI X570-A PRO (not latest BIOS update);

2x8GB Corsair Vengeance LPX 3200MHz;

Gigabyte GTX 1660 Super.
