I would like to know what makes them unbalanced?

Country is Finland

budget is max 2500€

The reason for these two are hire purchase (if it is the correct term).

the interest rate is 0% from Telia https://www.telia.fi/english (The site for them is not translated in english).

For other shops it is 20% annual percentage rate of charge.
