No. Different spacing between the mounting holes. If it has an LGA 2011 to LGA 115X adapter, then yes, it can be made to work easily, or you can zip tie it if you're desperate.

I enjoy buying junk and sinking more money than it's worth into it to make it less junk.

Yes, if you have an LGA 115X cooler, it will work on any LGA 115X socket (0, 1, 5, 6)
