Help New build not displaying

Just finished building my first computer and went to turn it on and the monitor isnt picking up a signal.  Tried a different monitor and the same issue,  Tried to connect directry to the motherboard and the gpu and the same issue with both.  Tried the gpu in both pcie slots and nothing.  Cant access the bios or install windows without it displaying.  Maybe i did something wrong since its my first build, but i watched tons of videos on building before doing it.  Im 99.9% sure i connected everything the right way.  All fans spin including those on the gpu.  Below are the components i used for the build, all brand new from newegg.

 

Please help with some guidance.

 

CASE – NZXT 510I

MB- ASUS TUF GAMING X570 PLUS WIFI

CPU- RYZEN 7 3700X

GPU- GEFORCE GTX 1660 SUPER

RAM -GSKILL RIPJAWS V DDR4 3200 16X2 = 32GB

STORAGE – SAMSUNG VNAD SSD 970EVO NVME M.2  1TB

PSU- CORSAIR RM650X

can we have photos of your build in its current state? are there any leds anywhere on the mobo?

I did reset my ram and also tried it on different channel and nothing changed.

 

as for the lights i do get some lights when i turn it on but they go away exempt for when i dont have the gpu connected then the vga light stays solid.

Here are some photos while trying to boot with the GPU removed  and plugin in through the HDMI on the Motherboard.

 

flashes through the lights and leaves the vga light solid.

Here are photos while trying to boot up with the gpu installed.  Flashest through the lights and no light stays on at the end.
