System Upgrade

plz can some one Help me.

Im upgrading my System Im putting 

1: Intel Xeon X5650 cpu with Amd Rx 480 4gb version or 570 4gb version the cpu is 6 cores 12 thread on stock speed power supply is 610 volt 8gb ram ddr 3 and my monitor is 1600x900p and ill run games at hight to ultra and making some music running fl studio and some Editing software  like After effect light room

 

............Does any one tell me that all these component im putting is fine or i will get a massive bottelneck plz help i just wana doublecheck...?

That's a very outdated build. What kind of budget do you have and what country are you buying from?
