I want to buy a used pc for gaming and if i could stream on it would be nice. I got two options and trying to see if is worth the value. I would greatly apreciate your feedback and recommendations. The big part of my question as well is if it is worth it the i7-3770 with the extra threard being a gen older or the i5-4460 would be enough. Also i'm thinking of paring them with a 1650 super. Thanks in advance.

I think the i7 would do a little better in gaming but both wouldn't be to bad of a option. Tho surely there are better deals than those ? prices seem kind of high for what you are gettting.

CPU - I9 10900 | CPU Cooler - Corsair Hydro Series H100x AIO | Motherboard -  Aorus B460 PRO AC | RAM -G.SKILL Ripjaw V series 4x8GB 2666MHZ | Graphics Card - Gigabyte RTX 3070  | Power Supply - Cooler Master 650w  | Storage -  Working on a new Spicy

Operating System - Windows 10 Pro

I would completely ignore the sff 7010s. You wont be adding a graphics card very easily. Proprietary connectors make case swaps and power supply upgrades hard.

The mini towers are fine, still not upgrading the the power supply or case easily, but you can usually add a lower power graphics card at least.

4gb of ram is not functional for nearly any task if you do get the second option I would just order a cheap 16gb memory kit with it. I think I gave like 20-30 bucks for a used matching set for my old 7010 a couple years ago.
