Nitro+ SE or Red Devil 5700XT

I know this have been asked infinite times before but bear with me.

I've done quite a search on 5700XT models and came to the conclusion that Nitro+ and Red Devil are equal performance wise, whether temp, noise. What i would like to know is whether PowerColor or Sapphire has the better track record in terms of features and qualities. Something that aren't really covered in many reviews.

First I'm quite interested in Trixx software of Sapphire cards, is that something that other manufacturers 5700XT have under a different software name or is that Sapphire exclusive?. Also how useful is Trixx in real world.

Second, which of the 2 brands, or cards have better record of being made of high quality components, and less prone to fan failing and coil whine? Also I know that Sapphire Nitro+ have this easy system of replacing fans by unscrewing 1 screw but is it the same with Red Devil?

Third, which brand has a better software to control their card, I think there is a program called Wattman(?) that seemed pretty good.

Lastly, the Sapphire Nitro+ standard seemed to have a 8+2+1 phase VRM whereas, Red Devil had a 10+1 phase VRM, does that make any difference in real world case? So would it be possible to OC the both the clock speed and memory frequency on the Red Devil to the Nitro+ SE level? As in I've heard the Red Devil limits memory frequency to 19Ghz whereas the Nitro+ SE is factory OC to 19.4Ghz.

Price for Nitro+ SE and Red Devil are exactly the same. Am only considering these 2 cards for 5700XT. The only step up from this would be the MSI RTX 2070 Super Gaming Trio X for $130 USD more (which I may consider if that is the better option here).

P.S. So far Nitro+ seems to have better feature but that's my thoughts from very shallow knowledge, Trixx and 1 screw fan change. Aesthetics wise, Red Devil is far superior just because of that backplate.
