GPU running at 0-2% while gaming

I am playing Call of Duty Modern Warfare Warzone specifically. When I watch performance GPU sits at 0% for the most part. I very new to building computers so I definitely need some help because idk whats going on. 

 

I have:

AMD FX(tm)-6300 Six Core Processor 3.5GHZ

unknown motherboard (idk where to find name, but it was suggested on a pc video I watched when I originally built it)

8gb of RAM

Geforce GTX 1060 grpahics card

 

I read one thing on here going to the Nevidia settings and setting it to max performance as well as making COD MW run on just the GPU. Neither have worked. 

 

Let me know if there is anything else needed. I am not sure what else to include.

0% would mean the GPU does nothing. 

How is the Performancer in the Game and what tool you you use to observe Performance?

So I just use Task managers perfomance tab. and I just tried subnautica and it was at 60-80% so seems to be isolated to Warzone

Is the cpu running at 90-100 percent. Try installing the newest gpu drivers

try plugging monitor to the GPU not the onboard hdmi or DP port,.
