Hello there, I am located in Europe, actually in Romania, probably the best reference will be EURO 1.250 Euro including the monitor

2. Aim

I am looking for a new build  for gaming, also I am planning in the near future to use ADOBE suite in order to edit Videos / Pictures

3. Monitors

- I need a monitor as well included in the setup

4. Peripherals

No

5. Why are you upgrading?

Currently, I don't have anymore a PC, I am using only a laptop.
