Wattage calculators are known bullshit. Also overclocking the 3700X will reduce performance Vs just enabling PBO and letting it auto tune the CPU.

 

In any case, the 3700X uses at most 100-120W and the GPU another 200-240W. Add another 40W for board, RAM and drives and you have a total of 300-400W at most during a 100% load on everything. Even a 550W power supply will easily handle the system assuming it's a good quality PSU
